Attendance

Staff can mark attendance from the web or the mobile app. You get a clear daily and monthly view of who’s in, so attendance isn’t a separate register you have to maintain.

Leave

Team members apply for leave and managers approve it within QwikCA. Approved leave is visible to the firm, so you can plan workloads around who’s available.

Timesheets

Log time against the tasks your team works on. Over a week or a month this shows:

  • How much time each client and service actually takes
  • Where your team’s effort is concentrated
  • Which work is worth re-pricing or re-assigning
