Welcome to QwikCA — the practice and office management platform built specifically for Indian Chartered Accountant firms. This documentation walks you through setting up your firm, onboarding clients and your team, and getting the most out of every feature.

What QwikCA does

QwikCA brings your whole practice into one place so nothing slips through the cracks during busy season:

  • Task & workflow management — a Kanban board, task tracking, timesheets and automated recurring tasks for every compliance cycle.
  • Compliance tracking — UDIN generation and tracking, DSC and expiry management, and a deadline calendar for GST, TDS and ITR due dates.
  • Client management — a central client database with a secure client portal and document requests.
  • Team management — staff roles and permissions, attendance and leave, and time logging.
  • Communication — automated WhatsApp and email reminders for clients and staff.
  • Billing — GST-compliant invoicing and payment links.

Everything works on the web and on the mobile app, for both your staff and your clients.

What QwikCA is (and isn’t)

QwikCA is practice management software — it helps you run your firm: organise work, track compliance deadlines, manage clients and your team. It is not a return-filing or accounting tool. QwikCA does not file GST returns, prepare TDS returns or replace Tally; instead it tracks those deadlines as tasks, fetches GST status, and keeps your team accountable for completing them on time.
