What is QwikCA?
QwikCA is an all-in-one practice management software built specifically for Indian Chartered Accountant firms. It helps CA offices automate GST compliance tasks, manage clients, track staff work on a Kanban board, send automated WhatsApp and email reminders, and generate GST-compliant invoices — all from a single platform.
Who is QwikCA designed for?
QwikCA is built exclusively for Chartered Accountant firms in India — from solo practitioners to large multi-branch CA offices. It is ideal for any CA who handles GST, TDS, ITR, or company compliance for multiple clients and wants to reduce manual tracking and follow-ups.
Is QwikCA different from general project management tools like Jira or Asana?
Yes. Unlike generic tools, QwikCA is purpose-built for CA workflows — it understands India's statutory compliance calendar (GST, TDS, ITR due dates), fetches GST filing status from the portal, sends WhatsApp reminders to clients, and generates GST-compliant invoices. No manual configuration needed for compliance-specific tasks.
Do I need to install any software?
No. QwikCA is a fully cloud-based web application. You and your team can access it from any browser, anywhere. We also have a mobile-friendly interface for on-the-go access.

How does GST auto-fetch work in QwikCA?
QwikCA connects to the GST portal using your clients' login credentials (stored securely in our encrypted vault) and automatically fetches each client's GST filing status and key data — so you don't have to log in to the portal for every client. This keeps your compliance dashboard up to date at a glance.
Does QwikCA track UDINs?
Yes. QwikCA includes UDIN generation and tracking with a searchable register, so your firm can record and look up every UDIN against the relevant client and engagement in seconds — no more scattered spreadsheets.
Does QwikCA have staff attendance and a mobile app?
Yes. QwikCA includes staff attendance and time tracking with timesheets, so you can see who is working on what and manage workload across the team. There's also a mobile app for everyone — both your staff and your clients — to stay updated on the go.
How does WhatsApp automation work?
QwikCA integrates with WhatsApp Business API to send automated messages to your clients. You can configure reminders for GST due dates, document upload requests, payment reminders, and filing confirmations. Messages are sent from your firm's WhatsApp number and can be customized per client.

Is there a free trial?
Yes! All QwikCA plans come with a 7 day free trial. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan — no credit card required to start.
What are QwikCA's pricing plans?
QwikCA offers four yearly packages — Starter (₹7,500/year, 10 users), Growth (₹12,500/year, 20 users), Scale (₹17,000/year, 40 users), and Enterprise (₹27,000/year, 60 users). Every package includes all features and unlimited clients. A custom per-seat plan is also available at ₹100/user/month (yearly) or ₹120/user/month (monthly).
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees — prices are exclusive of 18% GST. WhatsApp messaging costs may apply separately depending on your message volume (standard WhatsApp Business API rates). Storage is included with every package (5 GB on Starter & Growth, 10 GB on Scale, 20 GB on Enterprise); additional storage can be added on request.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Yes. Move up to a larger package (Starter → Growth → Scale → Enterprise) at any time, or build a custom per-seat plan starting at ₹100/user/month (yearly billing) with automatic volume discounts — 5% off for 10–25 users, 10% for 25–50, 15% for 50–100, and 20% for 100+ users. Clients are always unlimited.
Data Security
Is my client data secure in QwikCA?
Absolutely. QwikCA uses AES-256 bank-grade encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Client credentials stored in the vault are encrypted with zero-knowledge architecture — even our team cannot view them. We also maintain comprehensive audit logs of all access.
Where is my data stored? Is it in India?
Yes. QwikCA data is stored on servers with data residency in India, ensuring compliance with Indian data protection regulations. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with daily automated backups.
Who can access my clients' data within my firm?
You have full control. QwikCA's role-based access control (RBAC) lets you define exactly what each staff member (Partner, Manager, Staff, Article) can view, edit, or delete — at the client level if needed. Changes are logged in the audit trail.
Getting Started
How long does it take to set up QwikCA for my firm?
Most CA firms are fully onboarded within 1–2 days. You can bulk import your client list from Excel, and our onboarding team will help you configure compliance calendars, staff roles, and WhatsApp/email templates. A dedicated setup call is included for all paid plans.
Can I migrate data from my current software or Excel?
Yes. QwikCA supports bulk import of client data from Excel and CSV files. Our team assists with migrating data from other CA software. We handle the technical migration so your team does not need to re-enter data manually.
Does QwikCA track DSC and document expiry dates?
Yes. QwikCA manages DSC, document, and registration expiry dates and sends automatic alerts before they lapse — so a client's DSC or registration never expires unnoticed. Documents are kept in a secure vault, and each client gets a client account and portal to share files and stay informed.
What support is available after I sign up?
All plans include email support and an in-app help center. Professional and Team plans get chat and phone support. Unlimited plan customers get a dedicated account manager with priority phone support and quarterly review meetings.
