What constitutes a "User"?
A user is any staff member, admin, or article assistant who needs access to the platform. Clients are UNLIMITED across all plans. Solo includes 1 user, Starter 10, Growth 20, Scale 40, and Enterprise 60.
Is my client data secure?
We use bank-grade encryption (256-bit AES) for all data at rest and in transit. Your client's financial data is completely secure and private.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every paid package includes a 7 day free trial. You can test all features before committing to a subscription.
How does the beta access work?
We are currently in beta. All packages give you full access to every Professional feature, and GST fetch limits are removed for the duration of the beta. Your data is safe and fully migratable when we exit beta.
What happens if I need more users or storage?
You can move up a package at any time, or build a custom per-seat plan starting at ₹100/user/month (yearly billing). Clients are always unlimited.
How do volume discounts work on the per-seat plan?
Per-seat pricing starts at ₹120/user/month (or ₹100/user/month on yearly billing). Teams of 10–25 get 5% off, 25–50 get 10% off, 50–100 get 15% off, and 100+ users get 20% off. Discounts are applied automatically based on your team size. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
How much storage is included?
Starter and Growth include 5 GB, Scale includes 10 GB, and Enterprise includes 20 GB of secure, AES-256 encrypted document storage. Need more? Additional storage can be added anytime.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
We integrate directly with WhatsApp Business API to send automated payment reminders and compliance alerts to your clients.
